The rules of buying and selling on Lummy Ticket. They are the same rules the app enforces.
1.Who you are dealing with
The Lummy Ticket team (Zahra Sasongko, Luthfi Hadi and Joanita Timbin Panggalo), the founders running this prototype. There is no company yet; this page will name it once there is.
Lummy stands between buyer and seller and holds the money until the show is over. The ticket is sold by the seller, not by Lummy, and Lummy is not the organiser.
2.Who can use Lummy
You must be 18 or older to buy or sell on Lummy. We may close an account that belongs to someone younger.
3.This is a prototype
Payments are simulated: QRIS in Xendit's test mode, or test USDC on the Arbitrum Sepolia test network, neither of which has money value. Nothing you do here moves real money, and penalties below are shown as they would apply, not charged.
4.Selling
- Only sell a ticket that is yours to sell. Each show page says what its organiser allows; shows that forbid resale cannot be listed.
- The price must be between 50% and 150% of face value.
- We read every barcode in the PDF. A barcode already held by another listing is refused, and an edited-looking file or a listing close to the show waits for a person to look at it.
- The buyer receives the whole file you upload. Selling the same ticket elsewhere as well is fraud.
- You are paid after the show, once the claim window has passed without a claim, or as a decision says.
5.Buying
- You pay the ticket price plus a service fee (5%, at least Rp25,000), both shown before you pay. The ticket price is held in escrow; the fee is not.
- A show abroad is paid differently: in test USDC from your own wallet on the Arbitrum Sepolia test network, with no service fee while it runs there. You sign the payment in your wallet; Lummy sends the transaction and pays its network fee. A refund goes back to the wallet that paid.
- Where the venue checks names, Lummy gives you a draft letter of authorisation with the order's details. The seller signs it on a Rp10,000 stamp and gives it to you with a copy of their ID card. Lummy does not sign it, add an e-stamp or store ID cards yet.
- The ticket file and the handover documents are yours as soon as you pay. When you first open the ticket file is recorded, since it answers a "never handed over" claim.
- Without the organiser on board we cannot promise you get in. What we promise is the money back when you are turned away and can show it.
6.When something goes wrong
- Silence settles it: 48 hours after the show with no claim, the seller is paid automatically. An order paid through the escrow on the test network gets 10 minutes instead, so a demo can run to the end; in production it is 48 hours too.
- A claim needs evidence recorded at the time, such as a photo of the gate scanner, filed within the window. The seller may answer before staff decide.
- Not going is not a refund case: resell the ticket before the show instead.
- A cancelled show is refunded in full, fee included, without anyone filing. A postponed show: keep the ticket for the new date, or take the money back, fee included, until the new show starts.
- A seller whose ticket fails loses the sale and gets a penalty of 40% of the sale (recorded, not charged in test mode). The one exception is a genuine ticket refused at the gate over the name after the seller staged their ID card for the gate: the buyer is refunded and the seller pays no penalty. Sellers cannot stage an ID card yet, so for now a refusal over the name counts as a failed ticket.
7.Not allowed
- Edited or fake tickets, false claims, or evidence that is not what it says.
- Someone else's account or someone else's personal data.
We may hold listings, refuse claims, or close accounts that do these.
8.Your data
How we handle personal data is on the privacy policy page, which is part of these terms.
9.The rest
These terms follow Indonesian law. They have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and will be before Lummy takes real payments; when they change, the date at the top changes.
