Find a ticket
Every listing shows the tier, the price next to face value, and the checks it passed. Every price sits between 50% and 150% of face value.Nothing paid yet - 02
Pay with QRIS or USDC
QRIS in rupiah for a show in Indonesia, USDC from your own wallet for a show abroad. The ticket price is held until the show, by our payment provider (Xendit) for QRIS or in the escrow contract for USDC, and the seller is not paid yet. The service fee is shown before you pay.Held in escrow - 03
Get the paperwork
A draft letter of authorisation with the order's details, ready to download. Where the venue checks names, the seller signs it on a Rp10,000 stamp and gives it to you with a copy of their ID card. Certified e-signatures and e-stamps come later.Still held - 04
Go to the show
Show your ticket at the door. Got in? You do nothing. Turned away? Take a photo there and file a claim within 48 hours of the show ending. Lummy also has a pass a door can scan, which refuses a copy used before you and refunds you on the spot; no organiser uses it yet.48h to raise a problem - 05
The seller is paid
48 hours after the show, if nobody raised a problem, the money is released to the seller without anyone approving it. A USDC escrow pays out on chain, after 10 minutes on this testnet demo; for QRIS, the release is recorded and bank payouts start with real money.Released to the seller

Two ways to pay
Where the show is decides how you pay. Both run on test money for now.
Shows in Indonesia: QRIS
Pay in rupiah from any banking or e-wallet app. Xendit, a licensed payment company, holds the money until the show; each step is recorded publicly on Arbitrum. Service fee 5%, at least Rp25,000. For now QRIS runs in Xendit's test mode, so no real money moves.
Shows abroad: USDC
Pay from your own wallet. You sign twice, Lummy pays the gas, and the USDC is locked in the escrow contract on Arbitrum. No service fee while it runs on testnet: test USDC on Arbitrum Sepolia, not real money. The claim window after the show is 10 minutes on this testnet demo, 48 hours in production.
What if something goes wrong?
Each case has one path, and each path names what decides it. Nothing ends in "contact support".
Claim before the show. Our record of whether you opened the handover documents decides it, so there is nothing for you to prove.
File within 48 hours with a photo taken there. The time, the venue and the code on screen all have to match, so someone who walked in cannot claim. A person reviews it and decides.
Still got in on a lower tier? You get the difference back, not the full price.
Refunded automatically, service fee included. Nobody files anything and the seller is not penalised.
Your ticket stays valid and the money stays held until the new date. If the new date does not work for you, take the refund.
That is not a refund, because the ticket works. Relist it before the show and get your money back from the next buyer.
You do nothing. 48 hours after the show, the money is released to the seller and the sale is closed.
Checked before it goes on sale
What protects both sides of every sale.
Every ticket is read
The server reads each barcode and checks how the PDF was made and changed. A suspicious file goes to a person; the machine never decides alone. With a real PDF, Claude (Anthropic's AI) reads its text after names and numbers are taken out, and fills in the show and tier for you to check.
One barcode, one sale
A barcode that has been sold on Lummy before is blocked outright. That check is exact, not a guess.
Priced 50% to 150% of face value
No listing can ask more than one and a half times face value, or less than half of it.
Open to audit
Whether money is held, released or refunded is recorded publicly on Arbitrum. You can check it yourself.
